All items will be dispatched within two working days of placing the order.
Delivery will take approx 3 - 5 working days if posted within the UK and between 10 - 21 days if outside the UK

Postage Cost UK £3.95
Postage Cost within EU £14.95 - To contribute with additional import taxes into the EU for our customers we are reducing this to £9.95
International - The rest of the world £24.95 - To contribute with additional import taxes we are reducing to £19.95
All delivery's will have three attempts of delivery, after 3 attempts the package will be returned to Live for Tweed and the item refunded to the buyer minus any return postage charges.
INTERNATIONAL & EU BUYERS
For International Buyers the postal service used will be Royal Mail, UPS, Hermes, or similar but will be tracked and signed.
All items are sent out with a do not remove label, if this has been removed this will invalidate your return.
IMPORT TAXES, CUSTOMS, VAT - ALL INTERNATIONAL BUYERS
*Overseas buyers from outside the United Kingdom, prices do not include import charges, custom charges or taxes. Once your purchased item has been received by your countries customs you will be notified with the amount to be paid before delivery can be made.We have no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.
If an order has been placed and dispatched and custom duties are not paid, the parcel will be returned to Live for Tweed at a cost to the buyer and this cost will be deducted from any refund. Items may attract additional import duties when arriving back into the United Kingdom, any charges will also be deducted from the refund given.
DELAYED - MISSING PARCELS
Parcels may get delayed in uncertain times and circumstances. For UK delivery's and to allow unexpected delays and events an investigation will begin after 10 working days if you parcel has not been delivered. We will work with you and make it our priority you receive you parcel.
On the rare occasion you have not received you parcel then please use the contact us page to get in touch so we can help rectify this on your behalf. Postage delays are more common during Christmas and holiday season or due to unprecedented events e.g Covid-19 which we take no responsibility for. If you parcel hasn't arrived within 30 days from your item dispatched we will then start a claim for a lost parcel with our courier and once the parcel has been deemed as lost we will fully refund all costs including shipping to the buyer. For your parcel to be deemed as lost this may take up to another 30-days before we can issue a refund.
