By purchasing an item from Live for Tweed you are agreeing to the below terms and conditions.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Live for Tweed, 15 Parsons Mews, Kings Norton, Birmingham, B30 3NA. 
Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet. 
Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service. 
Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us. 
Service refers to the Website. 
Returns Our process if you want to return an item. 
Terms and Conditions (also referred as "Terms") mean these Terms and Conditions that form the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Service.

Placing Orders for Goods 
By placing an Order for Goods through the Service, You warrant that You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. 
Your Information If You wish to place an Order for Goods available on the Service, You may be asked to supply certain information relevant to Your Order including, without limitation, Your name, Your email, Your phone number, Your credit card number, the expiration date of Your credit card, Your billing address, and Your shipping information. 
You represent and warrant that: (i) You have the legal right to use any credit or debit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Order; and that (ii) the information You supply to us is true, correct and complete. 
By submitting such information, You grant us the right to provide the information to payment processing third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of Your Order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to:

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected. 
Your Order Cancellation Rights 

Any Goods you purchase can only be returned in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and Our Returns Policy. 
Our Returns Policy forms a part of these Terms and Conditions. Please read our Returns Policy to learn more about your right to cancel Your Order. 
Your right to cancel an Order only applies to Goods that are returned in the same condition as You received them. You should also include all of the products instructions, documents and wrappings. Goods that are damaged or not in the same condition as You received them or which are worn simply beyond opening the original packaging will not be refunded. You should therefore take reasonable care of the purchased Goods while they are in Your possession. 
We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. 
You will not have any right to cancel an Order for the supply of any of the following Goods: 
The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized. 
The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over. 
The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery. 
The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items. 
The supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with Your prior express consent and You have acknowledged Your loss of cancellation right. 
Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies 
We are constantly updating Our offerings of Goods on the Service. The Goods available on Our Service may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and We may experience delays in updating information regarding our Goods on the Service and in Our advertising on other websites. 
We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services. We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice. 
Returns Information 
We hope you will be happy with your order, however should you need to return an item, we will promptly refund or exchange any unworn item(s), returned in a saleable condition. Where ever possible return goods to us in their original packaging within 14 days of informing us of your wish to cancel. This does not affect your rights to return faulty goods or any other statutory rights. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

The 14 day returns period starts when your item is delivered to either your shipping address, or any alternative address (e.g. Post Office or neighbour) in the event that delivery cannot be made to your shipping address. It is your responsibility to check tracking information (we send you a link when we dispatch your item). 
Returned items are your responsibility until they are delivered to us. Ensure they are appropriately wrapped and secured. We recommend that you obtain a proof of posting. 
14 Days returns, commences from the first day your items arrives. For UK buyers we must have received your item back within our possession within 14 days of reciept. 
In the unlikely event, you want to return the item, for any reason at all including the items not fitting or simply changing your mind, subject to the below terms and conditions, we offer a no quibble 14- Day return policy, dated from when you receive the item. 
Please use our contact us page /contact-us/  or email us at and confirm you have not removed the do not remove tag and that you want to return the item. 
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and we recommend using a postage service with confirmation upon delivery as we cannot be responsible for items that do not arrive. 
 We recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 
The item needs to be unworn, unused and be in the condition it was received with the do not remove tag still attached.

 Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once your item has been inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
 Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. 
If you have qualified for free postage offer when purchasing the item, this free postage offer does have a cost amount to our business. This amount if returning your item will be deducted from the buyer's refund. A receipt of this cost will be provided which may include postage insurance and signature, however Live for Tweed does not accept responsibility of this cost as this postage cost has already been paid and spent* 
If you have paid for postage when placing the order, this is also non-refundable as this would have already been paid and spent, we refund for the cost of the item only. 
Buyers are responsible for sending and return postage costs in all eventualities of returns. 
Extended Christmas Returns 
Online Christmas Returns - Any online orders placed between 1st December up until 16th December may return up to 10th January to take into account Christmas present returns. 
Last day for Ordering and Delivery for Christmas & Events 
The last day for ordering for Christmas is 16th December and any other event please allow 5 working days for your parcel to arrive.  

All items will be dispatched within two working days of placing the order, unless otherwise stated on our overhead banner. At Live for Tweed, we also trade at events which can cause a delay in our dispatch time if an event is taking place whilst you have placed an order. However this will be clearly stated in our overhead banner. 
Delivery will take approx 3 - 5 working days. 
All orders which qualify for free domestic postage are sent out with the parcel carrier Evri formally known as Hermes Tracked. To qualify for free postage the order amount must exceed £69.99. 
Orders which do not qualify for free postage will be given two options at checkout which are Evri Postage Cost UK £4.20 tracked and in some cases a signature may be required, or Royal Mail 2nd class tracked and signed. 
Any Evri parcels not delivered, after 3 attempts or uncollected parcels from Royal Mail depot will be returned back to us by the carrier. Once Live for Tweed have received this item back from the the carrier we will process the customers refund excluding postage paid. 
Please note we do not guarantee even though it is our intention you will receive your parcel for Christmas or for events. We cannot be held responsible in any circumstance of parcels not arriving in time for Christmas and no compensation will be given for late arrivals of parcels over the Christmas period or any other time of the year. 
Parcels may get delayed in uncertain times and circumstances. For UK delivery's and to allow unexpected delays and events an investigation will begin after 10 working days if you parcel has not been delivered. We will work with you and make it our priority you receive you parcel.

Prices Policy 
The Company reserves the right to revise its prices at any time prior to accepting an Order. 
Parcels lost in transit or delivered and then goes missing.  
We make every effort to ensure you parcel is delivered safely to your home. Once your order has been dispatched, full tracking will be sent. You will also receive parcel notifications via email from our parcel carriers to say they will be delivering your parcel which you will have the option to redirect if not at home. Parcels may be left on a doorstep, porch, or perhaps with a neighbour if you are not at home.  however if you do have a safe place where you would like to have the parcel left, please add this on to the notes when confirming your order or use the tracking and notifications to get your parcel re-delivered for another day when you are available to take the parcel delivery for when you are at home. 
On the rare occasion you have not received you parcel, or your parcel has been delivered but it has been stolen or misplaced then please use the contact us page to get in touch so we can help rectify this on your behalf. Postage delays are more common during Christmas and holiday season or due to unprecedented events e.g Covid-19 which we take no responsibility for. If you parcel hasn't arrived within 12 days or has been delivered and then has disappeared from your safe place, we will then start a lost parcel claim form or a denial of receipt form. The courier will start a full investigation, which will involve our customers full corporation. Once the parcel has been deemed as lost, we will fully refund all costs including shipping to the buyer. For your parcel to be deemed as lost this may take between 21- 30-days before we can issue a refund. Parcel which are showing as delivered and which a denial of receipt form has been completed by our customer is only refunded if the carrier confirms the parcel was not delivered. 
All Goods purchased are subject to a one-time payment. Payment can be made through various payment methods we have available, such as Visa, MasterCard, Affinity Card, American Express cards or online payment methods (PayPal, for example). 
Payment cards (credit cards or debit cards) are subject to validation checks and authorization by Your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, We will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of Your Order. 
Legal & Liability 
Every item we offer for sale has gone through a 5 point check which ensure good customer service and satisfaction. Each item before reaching our website has to be deemed as good sellable condition. Every item is inspected and checked this includes the material of the garment, stitching, buttons, labels and general overall condition. Unless otherwise stated all the garments we sell are used, vintage, second-hand or preloved and can be between 10- 60 years old approx. All of the items we sell will have general used wear, which can include bobbling, fluffing, discoloration, scuffs, scratches. Any holes or tears will always be noted in the items description condition. 
Item descriptions examples - Any noticeable faults or concerns are always noted under the item description. 
To define and interperate Excellent Condition – This item is not brand new and has been worn, however it is in excellent used shape with minimal signs of being worn, it may have the odd very light mark but nothing detrimental.  
Very Good Used or Vintage Condition - A clothing item, which is in great shape throughout, with signs of generally being worn from age and wear. The item may have the odd mark, bobbling or discolouration or the odd historic repair, anything significant will always be noted on the listing. 
Good Used or Vintage Condition - An item in great shape but has heavier signs of being worn from age and wear. The item may have a few heavier flaws, Larger historic repairs, stains, marks or discoloration, but still perfectly wearable. Any significant faults will always be mentioned in the main listing.  
Unless stated none of our garments are dry cleaned and we do recommend getting the dry cleaned upon receipt, however they are steamed and spot cleaned by ourselves. Some of the clothing we sell may have an odour due to being over 50 years old, we do not take responsibility for this and recommend getting them dry cleaned upon receipt. 
Every effort is made to describe our garments as accurately as possible, However if you are unhappy with your item please follow our returns process and once we have received the item back in our pocession, subject to our returns terms and conditions we will refund your item excluding shipping costs. 
All items are measured, despite having a size label. Often garments can have different tweed thickness, cuts, shapes and despite taking the measurements the item may still not fit. All measurements are approximate and if the item doesn't fit then please see our returns policy where you can return your item within 14-days of receiving it and return it in an unworn unused condition and we will refund your item excluding the original and return postage costs. The buyer is responsible for all postage coots. 
Image colour may differ dependant on the device you are using, we take no responsibility for the image coloring. Colour difference often occur if using a mobile phone, Ipad.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company. 
The Company has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that the Company shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services. 
 We strongly advise You to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that You visit. 
We may terminate or suspend Your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms and Conditions. 
Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately. 
Limitation of Liability 
Notwithstanding any damages that You might incur, the entire liability of the Company and any of its suppliers under any provision of this Terms and Your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service or £100 if You haven't purchased anything through the Service.
