Placing Orders for Goods
By placing an Order for Goods through the Service, You warrant that You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
If You wish to place an Order for Goods available on the Service, You may be asked to supply certain information relevant to Your Order including, without limitation, Your name, Your email, Your phone number, Your credit card number, the expiration date of Your credit card, Your billing address, and Your shipping information.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to:
- Goods availability
- Errors in the description or prices for Goods
- Errors in Your Order
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
Any Goods you purchase can only be returned in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and Our Returns Policy.
Our Returns Policy forms a part of these Terms and Conditions. Please read our Returns Policy to learn more about your right to cancel Your Order.
Your right to cancel an Order only applies to Goods that are returned in the same condition as You received them. You should also include all of the products instructions, documents and wrappings. Goods that are damaged or not in the same condition as You received them or which are worn simply beyond opening the original packaging will not be refunded. You should therefore take reasonable care of the purchased Goods while they are in Your possession.
We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
You will not have any right to cancel an Order for the supply of any of the following Goods:
- The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
- The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
- The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
- The supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with Your prior express consent and You have acknowledged Your loss of cancellation right.
Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies
We are constantly updating Our offerings of Goods on the Service. The Goods available on Our Service may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and We may experience delays in updating information regarding our Goods on the Service and in Our advertising on other websites.
We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services. We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.
We hope you will be happy with your order, however should you need to return an item, we will promptly refund or exchange any unworn item(s), returned in a saleable condition. Where ever possible return goods to us in their original packaging within 14 days of informing us of your wish to cancel. This does not affect your rights to return faulty goods or any other statutory rights. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

The 14 day returns period starts when your item is delivered to either your shipping address, or any alternative address (e.g. Post Office or neighbour) in the event that delivery cannot be made to your shipping address. It is your responsibility to check tracking information (we send you a link when we dispatch your item).
Returned items are your responsibility until they are delivered to us. Ensure they are appropriately wrapped and secured. We recommend that you obtain a proof of posting.
14 Days returns, commences from the first day your items arrives. For UK buyers we must have received your item back within our possession within 14 days of reciept.
Overseas Buyers - As above, but items must be received back within 28 days.
In the unlikely event, you want to return the item, for any reason at all including the items not fitting or simply changing your mind, subject to the below terms and conditions, we offer a no quibble 14- Day return policy, dated from when you receive the item.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and we recommend using a postage service with confirmation upon delivery as we cannot be responsible for items that do not arrive.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable, import custom taxes if applicable are not refundable and will be deducted from refund amount if applicable. When returning items, please clearly mark the package 'GOODS RETURNED TO MERCHANT UNDER RETURNS POLICY'. If the package is not marked in this way then it may incur customs charges which we would have to deduct from the amount to be refunded.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
The item needs to be unworn, unused and be in the condition it was received with the do not remove tag still attached.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once your item has been inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
All items will be dispatched within two working days of placing the order.
Delivery will take approx 3 - 5 working days if posted within the UK and between 10 - 21 days if outside the UK

Postage Cost UK £3.95
Postage Cost within EU £14.95 - To contribute with additional import taxes into the EU for our customers we are reducing this to £9.95
International - The rest of the world £24.95 - To contribute with additional import taxes we are reducing to £19.95
All delivery's will have three attempts of delivery, after 3 attempts the package will be returned to Live for Tweed and the item refunded to the buyer minus any return postage charges.
International buyers, EU Buyers and Shipping
For International and EU Buyers the postal service used will be Royal Mail, UPS, Hermes, or similar but will be tracked and signed.
All items are sent out with a do not remove label, if this has been removed this will invalidate your return.
Import Taxes, Customers Taxes, Import Vat
All Overseas buyers from outside the United Kingdom, prices do not include import charges, custom charges or taxes. Once your item has been received by your countries customs you will be notified with the amount to be paid before delivery can be made.We have no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.
If an order has been placed and dispatched and custom duties are not paid, the parcel will be returned to Live for Tweed at a cost to the buyer and this cost will be deducted from any refund. Items may attract additional import duties when arriving back into the United Kingdom, any charges will also be deducted from the refund given.
Delayed - Missing Parcels
Parcels may get delayed in uncertain times and circumstances. For UK delivery's and to allow unexpected delays and events an investigation will begin after 10 working days if you parcel has not been delivered. We will work with you and make it our priority you receive you parcel.

Postage delays are more common during Christmas and holiday season or due to unprecidented events e.g Covid-19 which we take no responsibility for. If you parcel hasn't arrived within 30 days from your item dispatched we will then start a claim for a lost parcel with our courier and once the parcel has been deemed as lost we will fully refund all costs including shipping to the buyer. For your parcel to be deemed as lost this may take up to another 30-days before we can issue a refund.
The Company reserves the right to revise its prices at any time prior to accepting an Order.
The prices quoted may be revised by the Company subsequent to accepting an Order in the event of any occurrence affecting delivery caused by government action, variation in customs duties, increased shipping charges, higher foreign exchange costs and any other matter beyond the control of the Company. In that event, You will have the right to cancel Your Order.
Parcels lost in transit
On the rare occasion you have not received you parcel then please use the contact us page to get in touch so we can help rectify this on your behalf. Postage delays are more common during Christmas and holiday season or due to unprecedented events e.g Covid-19 which we take no responsibility for. If you parcel hasn't arrived within 30 days from your item dispatched we will then start a claim for a lost parcel with our courier and once the parcel has been deemed as lost we will fully refund all costs including shipping to the buyer. All Goods purchased are subject to a one-time payment. Payment can be made through various payment methods we have available, such as Visa, MasterCard, Affinity Card, American Express cards or online payment methods (PayPal, for example).
Payment cards (credit cards or debit cards) are subject to validation checks and authorization by Your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, We will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of Your Order.
Any import duty payable is the responsibility of the buyer.
Legal & Liability
Every item we offer for sale has gone through a 5 point check which ensure good customer service and sactisfaction. Each item before reaching our website has to be deemed as good sellabel condition. Every item is inspected and checked this includes the material of the garment, stitching, buttons, labels and general overall condition. Unless otherwise stated all the garments we sell are used, vintage, secondhand or preloved and can be between 10- 60 years old approx. All of the items we sell will have general used wear, which can include bobbling, fluffing, discoloration, scuffs, scrathes. Any holes or tears will always be noted in the items description condition.
Item descriptions examples - Any noticable faults or concerns are always noted under the item desciption.
To define and itrerperate Very Good Used Vintage Condition - General signs of used wear, odd mark, bobbling and general wear but with no significant faults and has been well looked after
To define excellent vintage condition - very light general wear- odd light mark, light fading, very light wear overall
To define excellent overall condition - As close to brand new as you can purchase a used garment
Unless stated none of our garments are dry cleaned and we do recommend getting thr dry cleaned upon reciept, however they are steamed and spot cleaned by ourselves. Some of the clothing we sell may have an odour due to being over 50 years old, we do not take responsibility for this and recommend getting them drycleaned upon reciept.
Every effort is made to describe our garments as accuratley as possinle, However if you are unhappy with your item please follow our returns process and once we have recieved the item back in our pocession, subjest to our returns terms and conditions we will refund your item excludung shipping costs.
All items are measured, despite having a size label. Ofton garments can have different tweed thickness, cutts, shapes and despite taking the measurments the item may still not fit. All measurements are approxiamate and if the item doesn't fit then please see our returns policy where you cna return your item within 14-days of recieving it and return it in an unworn unused condition and we will refund your item excluding the origial and return postage costs. The buyer is responsible for all postage coots.
Image colour may differ dependant on the device you are using, we take no responsibilty for the image coloring. Colour difference ofton occur if using a mobile phone, Ipad.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company.
The Company has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that the Company shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
We strongly advise You to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that You visit.
We may terminate or suspend Your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms and Conditions.
Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
Limitation of Liability
Notwithstanding any damages that You might incur, the entire liability of the Company and any of its suppliers under any provision of this Terms and Your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service or 100 USD if You haven't purchased anything through the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service, third-party software and/or third-party hardware used with the Service, or otherwise in connection with any provision of this Terms), even if the Company or any supplier has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if the remedy fails of its essential purpose.
Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, which means that some of the above limitations may not apply. In these states, each party's liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

The Service is provided to You "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind.
