We accept returns within 14 days of your item's delivery. Our primary goal is your contentment, and we are committed to making the return process as smooth as possible.
Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, and in its original packaging. Additionally, the item's lockable security tag must remain intact and attached.
Please not colour differertuaties may vary on item dependant on the device being used to view the item. We do not take responbility for these differenteriats and will not reinburst and return shipping charges because of this.
Please note that refunds can only be processed if the return request is made within the 14-day period following the receipt of your order. Unfortunately, we cannot facilitate refunds for returns requested after this timeframe.

Initiating the 14-Day Return Period:
The 14-day return period commences when your item is delivered to either the designated shipping address or an alternative address, such as a Post Office or a neighbor. Therefore, we advise you to monitor the tracking information provided after your item is dispatched.
Return Shipping and Security:
You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service and considering the purchase of shipping insurance. These measures ensure the safe arrival of your item at its destination and protect you in the event of loss during the return process.

Refund Process:
Once we safely receive the returned item, it will be assessed. If it meets our criteria of being unused, odor-free, and in a saleable condition, we will process the refund within 3 working days.
Please be aware that the time it takes for the refund to appear on your card may vary depending on your card provider's processing time. It's important to note that we will refund the original cost of the item but not the original postage paid.
In all return scenarios, buyers are responsible for covering all postage costs, including both the initial shipping and the return postage.

Return Responsibility: It is the responsibility of the buyer in all cases to arrange and cover the costs associated with returns.
Note on Color Variations:
Please be aware that the appearance of colors may vary depending on the device used to view our items. We do not assume responsibility for these variations in color perception and, consequently, will not reimburse return shipping charges incurred due to such differences.
International Returns: When returning goods from outside the UK, it is crucial that we receive the items within 28 days of the original delivery date. To facilitate a successful return, please ensure that the DO NOT REMOVE tags are still in place. If these tags are missing, we regret that we cannot accept the return, and we will assume that the item has been worn and used and not refundable.

Please ensure that you attach a customs declaration describing the items as 'British Returned Goods' only. Items returned with an incorrect customs declaration may experience delays in customs processing and could lead to the parcel being sent back to the sender. We are unable to accept parcels with customs charges payable, and such parcels will be refused and returned to the sender. Please note that we cannot refund any import duties or local taxes related to returned. In certain situations, refunds may be available through your local customs office. Faulty Items: In cases where the item is deemed to be faulty, we will reimburse a maximum of £10 towards any return delivery charges incurred.
