Customer Notice. As a family business we are taking a family break.

From today any items purchased will not be dispatched until our return on Friday 27th May. 





Purchase with confidence knowing we accept returns at Live for Tweed within 14 days of recieving your items. 

We hope you will be happy with your order, however, should you need to return an item, we will promptly refund or exchange any unworn item(s), returned in a saleable condition. Goods must be returned to us in their original packaging and with the DO NOT remove lockable security tag still intact and attached as removal of this tag will invalidate your return. If 14 days have gone by since the reciept of your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. 


All returns must be received back to us at Live for Tweed, within 14 Days of reciept. to receive your refund anything outside this date will be returned back to sender.

The 14 day returns period starts when your item is delivered to either your shipping address, or any alternative address (e.g., Post Office or neighbour) if delivery cannot be made to your shipping address. It is your responsibility to check tracking information (we send you a link when we dispatch your item). 

We recommend using a tracked delivery service.


It is your responsibility to fund the return of items to us; Live for Tweed cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to goods whilst they are being returned.  

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs and for returning your item and we recommend using a postage service with confirmation upon delivery as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. 
 We recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. this will give you insurance for the value if your item gets lost in transit.

Items must be unused, be free from odours and in a sale-able condition with original packaging and with the DO NOT remove lockable security label still intact, then your refund will be processed within 3 working days of us recieving your return, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, refunds may take several days to appear back to you card, dependant on your card providers processing time. 
We only refund the original cost of the item. If your item qualified for free postage then a deduction will be made for the original postage costs which may include insurance at the time of purchase, a copy of the original postage cost will be emailed to you along with confirmation of the process of your refund. If you have paid a postage charge then this also cannot be refunded as this has already been spent.
Buyers are responsible for sending and return postage costs in all eventualities of returns.
