We accept returns within 14 days of your item's delivery. Our primary goal is your contentment, and we are committed to making the return process as smooth as possible. Returns after 14 days may not be accepted and will be discretionary dependant on the lateness and reasoning and will only be refunded with store credit.


Eligibility for Returns:


To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, and in its original packaging. Additionally, the item's DONOT REMOVE TAG must still be in place and not tampered with.


Please note colour differences may vary on item dependant on the device being used to view the item. We do not take responbility for these differences and will not reinburst and return shipping charges because of this.

Please note that refunds can only be processed if the return request is made within the 14-day period following the receipt of your order. Unfortunately, we cannot facilitate refunds for returns requested after this timeframe.

Please be aware that the time it takes for the refund to appear on your card may vary depending on your card provider's processing time. It's important to note that we will refund the original cost of the item but not the original postage paid.
In all return scenarios, buyers are responsible for covering all postage costs, including both the initial shipping and the return postage.
