Extended Christmas Returns.

To allow Christmas returns our normal 14 days return policy is replaced with the following. 
   
 Any online orders placed between 1st December - 18th December will qualify for our extended Christmas returns and have up until the 10th of January to return the items. 
  
All Christmas returns must be received back no later than the 10th of January to qualify. 
  
Please ensure that the DO NOT Remove tags are still attached and the items have not been worn and returned in the condition they were sent, as this may affect the acceptance of the return.

Any returns which do not fall into these dates will automatically fall within our normal 14 days returns.  
   

We do not and cannot guarantee any items arriving in time for Christmas regardless of the order date. There are unexpected delays and strike action which is beyond our control.
